"4泊しました。まず最初着いた日が遅かったけれど直前までホテルからメッセージがなくて不安でした。せめて飛行機に乗る前には、無人チェックインの仕方を教えて欲しかったです。無人チェックインをしてから、部屋にタオルがなくてホテルの中を捜索しました。洗濯機の乾燥機にありましたけど、これって客の仕事ですか？？ また次の日もタオルがなくて、スタッフに伝えてあったけど、あれ？そうでしたか？みたいな反応。ただ悪い部分だけではなく、立地やスタッフの笑顔は良かったし、サービスの心は感じました。また宿泊の日にタバコを吸った人のせいで、緊急火災報知器が作動。しかしスタッフがいないからすべて自己判断。こんなのあり？って感じでした！後から謝罪の連絡きたけど、無料で何かを手渡すとかしてもいいのでは？チェックアウトの時間が延びてもうれしくないです。いろいろありました4泊でしたが、こちらも慣れてきて、楽しく過ごせた部分もあります。4泊したから悪い評価が良くなりましたけども。"
