Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good amenities and decent location. Only things is change are putting an outlet in the bathroom and making the bathroom itself a bit bigger. Other than that, I think you’d have a hard time finding a better bang for your buck. "

"The Hotel Grandvia Kyoto was a beautiful and convenient spot for our brief stay in Kyoto. The three person room was spacious with wonderful amenities. The breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. The staff was ever gracious. Being basically in the train station was highly convenient and, if desired, one could do some serious shopping in the nearby mall."
