A very clean and great location hotel. Its close to many attractions in Kyoto. The only thing that we don't like is the room we had is with an opaque window so we don't know if it is a room without a window? I think its ok to have a room without a view but an opaque window feels really strange.

One of my favourite hotels in Kyoto, that we stayed in. It’s in a perfect area, walkable distance to food, attractions, transportation and shopping. The hotel is in immaculate condition, and so are the rooms and the bathrooms. Room we had was a corner room with a window, beautiful and cozy, felt the comfort when you entered. The bathroom had plenty of room and well decorated. The lobby has tea and coffee to drink during the day. The staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous.
