「 Nice.」

「This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon entering our room, we discovered bed bugs on the curtains, as well as brown stains on the bed sheets and pillows. As we were traveling with small children, staying in such unsanitary conditions was absolutely not an option. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, but there were no staff members available, as they had already left for the night. Left with no other choice, we left a written note at...

「Must stay!」

「Very comfortable room, and lovely breakfast. Staff were welcoming and very helpful」

「We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. It happened to be very hot while we were visiting, so having a fan provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated! The hotel has a lovely communal area at the entrance where complementary tea,...

「I love this hotel but there is no elevator so getting luggage up and down the steps can present a problem. Also there is no air conditioning so when we visited last summer during the heat wave, it was uncomfortable. However, the staff helped us a lot. As we visit from the US we tend to have more luggage for our travels than most visitors from the UK.」

「Absolutely immaculate accommodation. AC in the bedrooms was fab. Could do with it in the bar and restaurant too. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good. Friendly staff.」

「Very nice」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was not okay. They washed a white T shirts with a pair of blue jeans and the t shirts came to have blue color. Breakfast was very tasty. It is recommended to go to the dining early so that you can have a plenty of time to enjoy their foods and service. 」

「The best place I have stayed in on holidays. The room was tidy, great amenities and beautiful. The staff are friendly and will give information regarding amenities and places to see in Arundel.」
