"First of all, I think the property listing on Expedia should be removed. It was an hour + cab ride from the airport (100 uds), even the cab driver said he had never been to that part of osaka. Then, 3 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator, impossible to figure out the key to get in, chef from the restaurant next door had to contact them and get it figured out, in japanese, of course. The room was musty and smelled of mildew, took half a day with a/c full blast and patio door open to...

"Very convenience only 8 minutes walking to Nipponbashi station especially if you join a day trip tour the bus is picking up you from this station. 15 minutes walk to Dotonburi. The host texted via WhatsApp a day prior to your arrival and instructed how to obtain the door key which you can arrive at any given to check in your room. There is an elevator so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggages up the staircases. Also there is a local supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the...

"Our stay was wonderful! It’s a great place to stay, and we had everything we needed. Clean room, shops nearby and also close to train station I want to thank you so much to the host for amazing assistance and for the great communication throughout our stay. We really appreciated the hospitality. Definitely, when I come back to Osaka, I will book the place again. I highly recommend the place to my friends who are planning to visit Osaka. "The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The small one burner kitchenette would be nice for travelers looking to save a yen or two on food, but the area around the station has a great variety of great places to eat, a supermarket, and even a KFC and McD’s (with a Mister Donut...

"Service was excellent. Everyone was so nice. Room was super clean and a lot of amenities. Price was reasonable for how spacious the room was. It housed 5 of us perfectly. There was 2 roll away beds in the closet for extra bedding. Also it was super close to all the shopping streets and the train station. Maybe like 10-15 mins walk. I am definitely coming back the next we are in Osaka. Thank you to the staff at Pg Kuromon."

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka

8/10 Good

"Room was small but clean. The hotel area was very close to Kyoto station but was quiet."

The Royal Park Canvas - Osaka Kitahama

10/10 Excellent

"I recently stayed at the Royal Park Canvas, and it easily stands out as one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment you walk in, the property is remarkably modern, impeccably organized, and boasts the absolute cleanest rooms I’ve encountered. Everything is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a fantastic atmosphere for any traveler. What truly elevated this stay, however, was the immaculate customer service. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left some items behind in my room. The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve them quickly and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly top-tier."
