"Hotel provides a shuttle to many popular attractions in the area as well as the train station. It’s a blue shuttle if you are looking for it at the train station. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk if you choose to not use the shuttle. Convenient and super high tech shop in the hotel to purchase food, drinks and several souvenirs. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our travels in Japan. Such an incredible variety. Hotel rooms included slippers and pajamas. Hotel included visits to the onsen which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of travel. Super helpful and understanding staff! "

"I got a room with Mt. Fuji View and it’s worth every penny. I paid extra for dinner and that was the highlight of my trip. The food was so delicious and the service was excellent! The inside and outside public bath was nice too!"

"You have access to their traditional Japanese Spa as a overnight guest, it's a wonderful experience. And the spa itself serves as a bit of a local community center. The hotel itself is not that close to the local train and bus station. So bear that in mind, but it was a great experience. For roughly five dollars, you can have a traditional japanese breakfast and I would recommend it."
