"Great location, we had Mount Fuji view rooms and we lucky enough to see Mount Fuji in all its glory! Rooms were clean and tidy. Not many reasturants in walking distance but a few nice ones. Breakfast seemed expensive so we grabbed some from the lawsins nearby. "

Food is reasonably good but set menu style so works only if you are flexible on diet options. Hotel style is unique, a bit rustic and less modern but is ok and they have free wine every evening."

"SMOKING ROOM ASSIGNED IN THIS DAY AND AGE???? Small letters "smoking room" past my reading but WHO IN THE WORLD SELLS SMOKING ROOMS ????? FRONT DESK showed no emotions , empathy. Pathetic behaviour , not like most of Japanese people."

I would never recommend this as a '5 star, glamp' hotel. Service levels are 1 star. "
