"Absolutely AMAZING. Every staff member was wonderful-so kind and eager to help. The rooms are spacious and meticulous. Having the private onsen was worth every penny. The breakfast was plentiful with a nice mix of western options as well as Japanese. Mt. Full beautifully cooperated as well. This is a very special place!"
