We also liked that there was a sister property that was walkable. We frequented the Turtle Island shopping center for dinner and shopping as well. The kids absolutely loved the pool areas. "The Micky Monkey is a unique property. Our room was clean and air conditioned with a heat pump. It's directly on the beach. There is a restaurant / bar onsite. There are only a dozen or so private rooms and if you are looking for a quiet, authentic experience, this is perfect."
