"This hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are truly outstanding. Every time I travel to this city, I choose this hotel without hesitation. All the rooms shine like a flower—everything is spotless, tidy, and pleasantly fresh. The slippers, linens, and towels are always new and perfectly clean. Despite my two‑day flight delay, the hotel cooperated with me without any issues and kept my full reservation. The staff were extremely respectful, and the hotel is located in the best part of the city."

"Counter staff and room service staff as usual is always at their tip top service level which make our stay feel great and comfortable. The only area that they may want to look into it, is the mineral water at room. Upon boiling the mineral water ,the kette seem to stain with white substance after 2-3 times at it base. The other one is "slippers", believe it standarilize size across thus may not fittable for those bigger size feet. Nevertheless thanks to all the staffs for making the stay a pleasant one."

"It’s not your typical hotel experience. Jiangnan House is located in the heart of the Nantou Ancient City, so you experience this contrast of the new and old. The hotel itself is completely open, no indoor corridors, you can see through the whole hotel from top to bottom of each floors. The design is beautiful, it’s very detail oriented and chique. It filled with Taschen books, even in the toilet area. Staff are super helpful and friendly. They even contacted me in advance offering to guide me from the edge of the city wall to the hotel in case I can find it. Do note that no cars or taxi can to the hotel since it’s within the walled city. So you’ll need to walk a little to get there. If you have a lot luggage’s, do let the hotel know. I’m sure they will send help. They even added me on WeChat to make sure I get there safely, and if I have anything I need throughout the day and night, they reply straight away. The design is the hotel is enough of a reason to stay there."
