"Staff are nice, room is very spacious and clean, but sometimes the ac smells musty and it becomes really really bad, I have to turn it off. On the other night, I smell smokes from other rooms...I think the ventilation has to be improved."

"I loved my stay at Jiangnan house! It was beautifully designed, located at the heart of Nantou, with endless choices of restaurants, cafes and shops right at the door step. It even had a lovely café on the ground level serving specialty coffees. Staff were very friendly too. I highly recommend. "

"Great hotel, 15 min walk to massive MIXC phase 1+2 shopping area as well as Shenzhen Talent park ( whole water front absolutely amazing for day and night walks) drone food drink delivery on the right side of wster front btw. Limited breakfast from non Chinese and Wifi is definitely HUGE issues. We have unlimited fast data on our own. But overall for the money you cannot beat it. All Urcove hotels are generally great value."

All the rooms shine like a flower—everything is spotless, tidy, and pleasantly fresh. The slippers, linens, and towels are always new and perfectly clean. Despite my two‑day flight delay, the hotel cooperated with me without any issues and kept my full reservation. The staff were extremely respectful, and the hotel is located in the best part of the city."

"The first my room was awful ( smelled like smoke, very small size for three people) i wanted to refund my money and then they changed my room ( it was little bit better) but still smelt smoke and the toilet had bad smell 😔😔 Generally the location was okay but it is look like ARBN not hotel 👍👍"
