"The overall is good but the breakfast was not comparable to 3 star hotel quality. My room glass wall has small leaking during rains but the staff just put a towel to cover the wet for the rest of my stay ..wonder they should change my room or have some technician to inspect for the safety because it was high floor and big glasses wall !!!"

"Breakfast don't have a broad menu but have enough choice for everyone. I don't really like the dim sum area cause it has to be served by a server who is not helpful. The dim sum are not refilled so once they are gone you cannot get it eg the shrimp dumplings etc. The room is very clean, no complaints at all. Staff are nice and helpful. They give prompt attention once you call them."

The staff were warm, professional and always ready to assist. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere, excellent facilities and convenient Shekou location made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen."
