We are arranged to a room that is near the elevator which was very noisy. Ppl walk around and talking. I can also hear noise from other rooms late at night. The lighting system is also poorly designed. It’s turned on automatically whenever u move a bit. Super annoying

我和我先生以前在南山香格里拉酒店住過兩三次，覺得無論是住房、餐飲或服務，體驗都非常好。所以今次我先生過生日，我們選擇全家六大三小租了四間房間，住了三晚，退房當天是星期天，我們在中歺廳夏宮訂了包間，離開前在哪裏吃中飯為我先生預祝生日，當天的菜式很精緻，味道也非常不錯。但是，當天其中一名女服務員的服務態度，可以用差來形容，整頓飯那服務員都是板起面孔，完全沒有笑容，對我要求後加一道炒麵的簡單要求，也是顯得很不配合，終於在我再三堅持下才幫忙下單。老實說，如果當天我們不是慶祝我先生的生日我不想破壞氣氛，我會即場投訴她去管理層的。那服務員當天的服務態度實在夠不上香格里拉酒店的水平，尤其她是知道我們是在那裏慶祝生日的。我想說的是，當天的體驗就因為她而完全被破壞了，實在讓人失望！

我在這家酒店的整體體驗非常出色。工作人員熱情友好，對我在到達之前的所有詢問都迅速回應。辦理入住手續非常順利，他們甚至允許我們比預定時間提前入住。 酒店的Horizon Lounge舒適宜人，提供美味的light refreshment。我們的套房視野極佳，我特別喜歡可以俯瞰外面的浴缸，令人倍感放鬆。房間的設計也非常精緻美麗。 游泳池也很不錯，是一個放鬆的好去處。我非常推薦這家酒店，期待下次再來！
