"our rooms are clean, spacious and bright. even the bathroom is huge! and i love the little walk-in wardrobe! never had one in a hotel before, what a pleasant surprise :) the housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping our rooms clean too. love our stay. will be back to Shangrila Futian if we visit SZ again."

" I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Langham, Shenzhen! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured everything throughout my stay was seamless and comfortable. The location is also fantastic, with a great variety of food options around the center — so many choices within easy reach, which made dining out convenient and exciting. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. Exceptional service, amazing hospitality, and a location that makes everything easy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet was extremely dirty and visibly damaged. There was also a noticeable buildup of dust on the airconditioning vents. The TV remote control barely worked. I booked this hotel because of its 8.8 rating on Expedia, but after checking in, I honestly can’t imagine how a hotel like this could receive such a high score. It has made me seriously question the credibility of Expedia’s ratings. There are many much better hotels nearby, and aside from being close to the subway, this hotel offers nothing of value."

"Everything was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Room rate very reasonable and it included breakfast and complimentary access to the executive lounge. Overall much better value for money than Hong Kong! Definitely recommend Shenzen for a visit!"
