Very bad experience m, staffs were impolite. We arrived with many luggage but the staffs pretend not seeing us. No greeting nor help, doesn’t feel like this luxury 5 stars hotel is welcoming us at all. The room is also dirty, towels were broken. Not recommend for anyone who is looking for a welcomed stay.

Great experience, special thanks to Charlie Lynn

While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs. Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us. The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall

Great value for money

Rooms were spacious, well-designed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Chinese. Breakfast was great, lots of different options even for vegetarians. Unfortunately the hotel does not have good sustainability. They offer plastic bottles in the room and there is no water fountain in the gym - again only plastic water bottles.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is good as it is near to the MTR. The only thing is that if you are taking line 11 then be prepared for a long walk inside the MTR station. Other than that it is only one station away from the high speed train station so quite convenient. The overall experience is good except the very last day when my mood got spoiled by a very rude staff in the hotel men’s room! The manager who handled my complain worked professionally so that made my overall experience better.

Check in at 5pm but told me the executive floor room that i booked has been sold out and asked me to downgrade to normal floors but still grant me executive lounge access. very disappointed about this arrangement as overbooked is not my issue and how could you ask the guest to downgrade but not upgrade instead since it’s your internal issue of the arrangement. waited at the checked counter for half an hour then give us a double bed suite. however, the double bed suite was poor in condition: 1. usb socket near the bed one was not working at all for both usb socket; 2. air con was unable to adjust and keep being 26’C even i switched to 18’C, it was too hot over the night and couldn’t sleep at all; 3. wifi in the room is poor and always unable to connect internet even i have connected to the hote wi-fi and i was almost using my own data roaming; 4. TV reception is poo also, some channels was unable to watch or not clear due to the reception issue I am the Marriott member and i would say this is the worst experience i ever hard in Marriott hotels
