"The room was very clean, and I appreciated the small details that were carefully thought out, especially the Japanese-style touches. They ask guests to fill out a form before seeing the receptionist, which felt a bit odd since I had already made a reservation. It would be better if they could simply ask guests for the information instead."

"This hotel is excellent however there is no air conditioning available during late spring with temperatures in the 85 + range. A/C is a must for Americans traveling OCONUS. The only recommendation I have. I would definitely 💯 stay again on my return trip in six months."

"We very like this hotel. It's located very conveniently close to the airport. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops around, next to the train station. The hotel itself is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the convenient service they have is a free shuttle bus to the airport. I really recommend it"

"I loved the room..It's big and spacious. Bigger than in pictures..I was pleasantly surprised. The ONLY negative thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the check-in. I arrived in a taxi..When I arrived and my escorted from the taxi the concierge asked which tower I was in. When I told him Ocean Tower, he explained that was the furthest one, handed me my luggage and gave me directions. I got so lost, it was another customer who ultimately helped me find where to go. I think there should be concierge at the main lobby to take customers to the Ocean Tower as well. That seemed a little rude to me. Other than that, it's a great hotel. I would definitely recommend."

"The location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff at the front desk is super helpful, and our floor staff were so kind and caring. Words of advice, never eat in the cafe or terrace. The food was cold and nearly inedible, we paid over $117 USD for a dinner that shouldn’t have cost anywhere near that. Very disappointing. There is so much good food nearby, don’t fall for it like we did. Also be prepared, the rooms are Very small. Comfy beds, but minimal luggage or moving around space."
