Place is clean and amazing. hotel starts from I think around 40th floor and up to maybe 70th floor. View is amazing. POSCO is occupying the office space down below. It is right next to Sheraton SongDo Hotel. Lotte Mart is right next to this building . Only 25 minutes away from ICN airport. Coat by Taxi is around 27,000 won. But not sure if Toll was included. i flew in from california with a 22 hour layover to Bangkok and this Property has a shuttle pickup location outside the airport and they will arrange to drop you off as well, perfect for long layovers. Hotel is is very clean, staff is professional and the food is amazing. Sauans, Jaccuzi and a modern fitness center are a few amenities i love as well as two huge pools and play room for the kids. the interior is beautiful if you like selfies.

Absolutely stunning property with an amazing staff. Celebrated a birthday with a delicious dinner in their restaurant, with a special cake. Property was immaculate with every amenity needed. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

Staff is courteous and attentive. Hotel is conveniently located near a park, a strip mall with many food options, and a subway station.

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. Perfect location. Subway is 2 minutes walking distance. All the food, pubs, and shopping was literally right behind the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Hongdae. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

Really Love their pick up service from the airport. The drivers name is Johnny and he really helped me a lot. Also the staff who welcomed on the night of my arrival was really nice . Morning buffet is 10/10. Would definitely come back

Even though it is a ways from the downtown area, the adjacent Express Bus Terminal provided huge benefits to access 3 subway lines which would take anywhere you chose. The hotel itself was outstanding and a real bargain for the room rates offered. The morning breakfast buffet was a welcome start to each day and the staff go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended

Staff was really nice

We enjoyed our stay in Anook Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lastly enjoyed the spa. Our vacation wrapped up with a relaxing treat in spa. Highlight recommended.
