Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

This property is great for foreigners adjusting to transition into Asian culture. I recommend for individuals with a long stay in Korea to pamper yourself and stay for a few nights. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. They have a variety restaurants with different cuisine. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family. We chose it for the indoor pool, which has a couple of jacuzzi next to it. It was a perfect choice to relax after walking around. Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Very centrally located in Myeongdong, steps away from the major shopping area district. The hotel is only a few months old, but very clean and convenient. They have an industrial washer and dryer on every floor , which was great to use nightly. Next to that there’s a coffee machine with fresh grinds, we took advantage of that every morning.
