Service was great, the view and location was amazing. Only problem was that we had a water dripping from ceiling on our last night there. We had to change rooms because it was really stuffy in the room and they had to turn off the heater because the water was coming from hvac system. We had to pack and unpack in the middle of the night wasting our precious vacation time and affecting our schedule/condition for the next day. They did extend the check out time to make it more convenient but we would have much rather have had a better night sleep without all the trouble. Hope they can figure out this water condensation dripping issue soon. So surprising since it’s such a nice hotel.

The accommodation was conveniently located near the convention center, providing excellent accessibility. The lodging itself was well-suited for a stay, resembling a typical home. Additionally, the view from the large windows was highly satisfying.

Only one night stay but it was fantastic! Highly recommend if you need to stay in Incheon. We were just in passing before boarding for our cruise to Japan. Enjoyed a great walk in the beautiful park right across the street!
