Ok hotel

Hotel was ok, room was clean. To promenade is only few meters away there you have shops, restaurants, theme park. Island if we can say island it's small walkable, park is nice. Only not optimal is if you want to go to Incheon airport by public transport it takes around two hours to get there. And little problem I had with reservation, receptor didn't found my reservation so he said I should cancel my reservation and do again. But after 10 minutes he said he found it. It was just weird for me I made more then 40 reservations through this site and never had one problem but now one reservation was missing. But everything was fine at the end.

직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 객실바닥에 머리카락이 많이 있고 화장실 휴지도 여분으로 하나가 더 없어서 객실 들어가자마자 프런트에 부탁드린점..아마 객실 담당인 분이 조금 바쁘셨나 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 그렇지만 직원분들이 항상 친절하셔서 만족합니다

힐링 여행

편리한 대중교통, 주변 먹거리, 공원, 놀이시설 등등... 맘에 들어요. 방 내부와 시설들은 깨끗합니다. 조식은 미리 데스크에서 예약해야 하는군요.. 2박3일이 금방 지나버렸습니다.. 버스타고 인천역 차이나타운에서 즐거운식사는 덤이었습니다... 다음에 영종도 배타고 가기로하고, 다시한번 머물예정입니다.

여기 좋아요

오션뷰 룸은 아주 좋습니다 청결하고 서비스도 좋아요 다만 특가로 나온 방은 욕실 배수가 안되어 불편했어요. 조식은 늦은 시간에 가면 음식들이 소진되는 단점이 있고 메뉴의 가짓수도 적었지만 소소하니 가격대비 깔끔하고 맛있었어요 스탭분들은 정말 친절합니다.

직원분들도 친절하시고 숙소도 깨끗합니다. 편안하게 잘 쉬었어요. 욕조쪽이랑 세면대쪽은 더운 물이 나오지만 샤워부스쪽은 더운 물이 나오지 않았던 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

주말 주차장 장사를 하기 위해 호텔 주차장을 사용하려면 돈을 내라고 하고 그러기 싫으면 도로에 세우라고 강요하였음. 가족과 함께라서 어쩔 수 없이 받아들였지만 이래서 역시 관광호텔은 피해야되는거구나 느꼈음

Ups: - Within walking distance to all the entertainment on the island. - Easy checkout - Nice view Downs: - Parking might be used as a charged parking for people visiting for the day. If you staying at hotel, you wont get charged. - You can hear when something was dropped on the room above.
