This top floor condo has really great views and is a perfect getaway spot for a couple or small family. Our guests enjoy waterfront views and all of the amenities at Delton Grand, including indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools, indoor hot tub, 2 beaches, fishing docks, gas grills, and fire pits.



This is a quiet neighborhood but just blocks away from all of the best attractions and restaurants in the Dells!



Perfectly situated waterfront and near one of the two beaches, this condo is easily accessed up a single flight of stairs (indoors) from the parking lot. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah`s Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (.4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Perfect Place

We stayed in this condo for almost 3 weeks-my husband and I. It was the perfect condo-comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, great location and the lake view was so beautiful! Definitely will stay here again when we are back visit family and friends.

Great clean condo. Great view. For us it was a bit of a challenge to be sure we were at the right place. Once we got the access codes for main door and condo unit door squared away we were good. We didn’t see the parking pass on the counter until the next morning, but no problem.

Nice Getaway

A beautiful view of Lake Delton greets you as you walk in. The decor is very welcoming and makes you feel relaxed. The balcony is a great place to hang out and also watch the sunrise. Shower area is large with body sprays and a shower head. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Seating for four at the breakfast bar with leather stools. Communications with the host were informative and any queries were answered quickly.
