Our room was clean and organized. I like how they have handsoap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner station-very convenient. We didnt have breakfast there. Hot tub was warm but it kinda small for the amount of people were there using while we were. My 3 yrs old loves and enjoy the swimming area and love the trampolines area. We will come again.

We were very happy with our stay! It was difficult finding places that were pet friendly and this hotel welcomed our pup with no issues. Only complaint we had was that the pillows were too stiff, but that will not stop us from visiting again. We might just just bring our own pillows! 😉

My family and I have stayed twice now at your hotel. Both times we had the exact same room. Would have been nice to switch it up. Our bathroom was dirty and the heat did not work. We called down to the front desk to let them know but, no one came to check it out. We do like staying the hotel, and the kids love the water park and action city as well. It just would have been nice to be in another room, clean bathroom or even a continental breakfast.

Clean and comfortable

Front desk staff was very friendly and made the remainder of the check in process very easy. Room was nice and pretty comfortable. Took some getting used to the tin bases under the beds that we kept kicking when walking to the beds, but all in all, it was a good stay. We were a little bummed the hot tub wasnt up and running, but you cant control maintenance.

Everything we needed was at the resort. The staff around the whole resort were wonderful and accommodating! Maybe extend the hours to all day for Wednesdays, but other than that all in all was a great stay for our family of 5!

We really liked this place! The water park is included with your stay. They have a good amount of other activities, but they cost extra. Knickel and dime you a bit. Also no breakfast included
