This is a cute studio apartment right on the West Orange Bike Trail. The apartment has dinnerware, silverware, full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. The Smart TV comes with local channels App, plus Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and more with you r log in info.

On the day of your arrival, you'll be given a code to use on the touchpad. No keys necessary

I live locally and am available in case of emergency

A short stroll to Historic Downtown Winter Garden's shops, cafe's, restaurants, Farmers Market and more.

There is 1 dedicated off-street parking space. Have a bicycle? Enjoy the West Orange Bike Trail

The apartment is in a building with a central air system. The thermostat is not available for guests to adjust. The thermostat is set to heat to 70° and cool to 69°. Please contact host if any adjustments are requested.
Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and taking out the trash.

Convenience at its best

Within 20 or 25-feet of the main thoroughfare in Winter Garden, actually right on Plant Street. If walking to the best restaurants and shops is on your agenda, you've found your vacation home.

I loved the place, it has everything you need to spend a nice time off or holiday : WiFi , a big and comfy bed , a lovely bathroom , a kitchenette with a huge refrigerator. The owners are so kind and ready to assist you in any request you have besides is so close to the downtown that you can enjoy a walk.

Perfect Location and nicely setup

We loved the location, just a block from downtown! Place is nicely setup, very clean and has all the essentials you need. The only reason we gave it a 4-star is because you can hear all the traffic at night and the windows are all track glass with no insulation.

Nice accommodation
