「At check-in I was asked to pay when I had already paid. I was told that I had to enter my car reg into a machine to get free parking. I could come back any time to my room, but after 10pm I could not access the machine after 10pm. Duh! This place is unattended overnight. The room supplied tea and coffee but only one cup in a double room. No one onsite to get another. No glasses even for a glass of water. 「This is a single room detached building beside the host’s house and it is absolutely delightful. The bed is comfy, the bathroom has lots of big fluffy towels, there is coffee and tea in the room. The weather was warm while we were there but there is cross ventilation and a fan, and we were able to enjoy breakfast outside in the beautiful garden. I would highly recommend this for a couple wanting a quiet place to stay that is convenient to explore the Salisbury area.」

「Big room, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Convenient breakfast already in our room when we arrived. It was a little tricky finding the right place to park on our first day but the owner directed us and we had no problem after that. Very convenient for visiting Stonehenge, Salisbury, and Old Sarum by car. Ate dinner on the same street at the George Hotel.」
