「I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. 」
「We were on ground floor by courtyard when we got there thought it would be a noise problem as people drinking out there in sunny weather. However on both nights all gone by 10. Staff very helpful, food good, would use again.

「This is my second stay at wild thyme and honey, this time with my mum and it was just perfect. The service is great and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The food is delicious too. 」
「We needed accommodation after attending a wedding nearby . We were able to drop by in the morning and collect a key to let ourselves in later on as we were going to arrive late at night after reception closed. The lady who showed us how to let ourselves in was also working in the breakfast room the next morning and was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked and presented. We had a very comfortable night's sleep and a lovely shower with nice thick fluffy towels....

therefore many pub and restraunts, shops are within 100 yerds.
this hotel has a nice restraunt, which is busy, with locals, suggesting it better. our room was large and clean. the bathtub made of copper is in the room, not in the rest room which has a shower space. a good mix of modern facilities and old days atomosphere.」

If i had to find a minus point it would be no black out blinds or curtauns in the rooms so as soon as the sun came up the venetian blinds hid nothing, but im just clutching at straws here.

「If you are visiting Cirencester, this is an amazing place to stay. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, I stayed in one of their deluxe rooms and it was amazing.
They have a great restaurant and bar attached to hotel and the outdoor area is peaceful and relaxing. The piano bar on Friday Saturday nights is great entertainment! The staff are really friendly but not intrusive.
Location is perfect, walk into city center in 10 mins and easy driving access to any POI.
Definitely come back...
