"The suites were beautiful. Beautifully Adirondack. So much attention to detail. And there is so much to do right at the Lodge. 2 great restaurants. Pool and hot tubs were amazing. Spa on site. Game room, nice fitness room, movies, bowling alley and all kinds of activities. I can’t say enough about this place. I can’t wait to go back!"

"Our experience at Eastwind Lake Placid was amazing. I stayed there with a large group, occupying 10 rooms, and from the very beginning we felt truly welcomed. Carolina, who assisted us during check-in, was exceptional—very kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything about the hotel and its amenities. She even prepared the fire pit for us so we could enjoy the complimentary s’mores, which made the experience even more special. Throughout our stay, Carolina was incredibly helpful, always making sure we had all the information we needed and recommending great nearby restaurants and activities. Both my group and I were extremely happy with our experience. Her attention to detail and outstanding service truly made our stay memorable. "

"Very flexible! We had nowhere to board our dog and it was actually less expensive to have her come with us! I called the day prior to let them know, they thought they may have to switch us rooms but they kept us in the same room and gave her all the pampering in the world! "The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. We appreciate the welcome champagne, cookies and hot chocolate. We had to check in and out at the High Peaks Resort which is infront of Lake House. It was snowy in January so it was as expected. It was mushy and all but we love the whole set up. The room was basic but clean. We had a view of the lake from the room. There was parking adjacent to our room. We live the fireplace and pool table at the lobby of Lake House. It was a walk to the dogsledding. Everything was perfect! "
