"For the price it was disappointing. The lampshade was being held in with masking tape. The phone did not work. But it was an indoor pool and hottub. And we slept well, so it was decent when you looked past the dated decor and other issues."

"The entire reason I reserved this particular hotel was to use the hot tub after a long day skiing. It was not the cheapest option for sure, but the pics showed that nice hot tub. Imagine my surprise when I checked in and the hot tub was not working! The hotel itself was fine, although the beds and the overall vibe are a little tired. I certainly expected more for the amount of money I spent to stay a night."

"Hotel very close to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of lake from the common space. A lot of youth hockey teams were there. Loud in hallways at 10pm. "

"Awesome hot tub, and pool, and great staff. Unfortunately, did not get to try the breakfast, but it looked awesome. "

"A great place for kids to stay! There are lots of amenities for children, including a pool, bowling, a games room, and even an ice-skating rink. Breakfast each day was great, and it’s clear the staff put a lot of thought into making guests’ stays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They provide extras like skates, snowshoes, hot chocolate, coffee stations, and water stations throughout the property, which was really appreciated. My kids absolutely loved it. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a child safety lock on the doors. While there is a deadbolt, it disengages when the door is opened, which means my young child could open the door and wander out. An additional upper latch or child lock would add some extra peace of mind for families with small children."
