「Well let’s start off by dirty towels left in bathroom ..no clean towels stocked or staff had to call and was directed to get them myself in the laundry room ..door lock broken slider door handle broke no WiFi no satellite tv or cable no fire pits like online suggested place has potential but obviously poorly managed over priced for no amenities highly suggest to anyone not to say there」

「If you are looking for an inexpensive roof over your head and not much else, this is the place. Overall property is very dated 1970's - 80's and worn down. Lots of peeling paint and rust. The room was dimmly lit and the bed was just ok. The water was hot but didnt stay the same temperature, it would go slightly up or down in temperature while you were showering. The worst part was the drain did not drain very fast. So if you take any longer than 5 minutes in the shower you were ankle...

The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. 「The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.」
