「Old hotel remodeled Very nice」

「Everything about the hotel was very nice. Ate breakfast this morning and the waitress was rude. Said she was very busy to bring us more coffee. There were 6 of us and the gratuity was added. She was not worthy of it. Rolled her eyes at one person in our party. The restaurant was not that busy. Maybe 5 tables beside ours. Two people at each table. 」

「Great locations, walking distance to many restaurants n bars but far enough that you’re not in the middle of the traffic congestions. Newly renovated. I fell in love with their “adult only” library area. So cozy and perfect to just chill, have some coffee/hot chocolate n read a book next to the fire place. Would love to stay here again. 」

「We liked location & quietness, especially since it’s a larger property. The Haystack Bar & Bistro had wonderful crunchy chicken wings, but my salad with added chicken was terrible, the chicken was chewy, not good. I didn’t eat. The server did offer me if I wanted something else, but the damage was already done. The salad was not removed from the bill or discounted. The modern rooms are designed well, with a huge lake wall art & unique lighting. Overall, a wonderful stay.」

「While not a 5 star hotel, the room and hotel was spotless. Service was excellent and bed was comfortable. We like the fact it was so close to everything. This will be our new go to place for Lake George」

「The bird cabins are the cutest thing. Very private and quiet. All staff and service has been so helpful. My husband and I have decided this is our weekend get away location from now on!!! The backyard playground is amazing and there was a beautiful wedding happening when we were here. Definitely a well rounded establishment!!! We will be back soon!!」

「The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective.」
