    Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. KOTI is in a prime location that offers easy access to local attractions such as beaches, Horses by the Bay, wineries, golf courses, and much more. The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes through the middle of the KOTI property. The TART (walking, biking, cross country skiing) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.





    This vacation rental home features unique Scandinavian designed homes characterized by functionality, beauty, and comfort. It features all the amenities to include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, large decks to enjoy the outdoors, designated parking, air conditioning, and modern amenities such as high speed fiber optic WIFi and smart TV for streaming.

I had a training in the area and decided to bring my family with me. This property did not let us down. There was room for all of us and it truly felt like home away from home. We reached out to the host two times during our stay and got fast answers and the help we needed. It was a modern cabin but still made you feel so close to the out doors with the large windows and nature views. I highly recommend this if you have a stay in the Traverse City area! We 100% will be going back to the KOTI again!!!

The cabin was modern, comfortable, clean, easy to get to, and the check-in process was simple and well-communicated. Our family of 4 stayed for a long weekend over spring break and had absolutely no complaints except for maybe some thin walls that made sound carry through the whole space quite easily. We only used the kitchen for light breakfasts and lunch - no real cooking but it was very functional for those needs. A nice home base for exploring the Traverse City area.

We had a wonderful visit - lovely, quiet, clean cabin with great style and nice finishes. This group of cabins is near a beautiful set of Cross-country ski trails and not too far from downtown Traverse City. Lots to do in the area!

Super cool place to stay!

Stayed here for the first time on a weekend getaway to Traverse City, right on the outside of it which is nice for a more quiet space. As a designer I really appreciated the Scandinavian interior and furnishing, definitely will be back again next time in the area.
