"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Getting anywhere on the island is never more than an hour away. Traffic looks daunting but once you get used to the proper side of the road, it’s more forgiving than it looks. People will always give you room. Hotel rooms are always clean, pool is clean and enjoyable to watch the little ones having fun."

"Close to downtown, food was Excellent!!"

"The staff kindly upgraded and changed my room, which I appreciated, as the original room was not in acceptable condition. The hotel itself is quite old and is in desperate need of repairs and general maintenance. My new room was better than the dirty room I was first given, but it still had lifting floorboards, which showed the wear and tear throughout the property. The hotel has a good location and plenty of potential, but it really needs a lot of attention and care. The steam room was not working during my stay, and the breakfast buffet should be covered to stop flies landing on the food. There was a good variety of breakfast options, but the hygiene issue was disappointing. That said, the staff were friendly and did their best under the circumstances. They clearly work hard to manage the condition of the hotel, but the building itself needs significant investment and repair."

"the staff, especially those at the counter, were rude and large spiderwebs were found on room door, suggesting a lack of quality maintenance. creaky bed on wheels and room smelt very unpleasant, comparably to rotten eggs. floor was wet perhaps due to location and drainage was bad — water could not flow. hair strands found on pillow upon entering and we left the hotel with many new mosquito bites. there are plenty of hotel alternatives of a similar price range that would offer a much better experience and stay."

"The room was absolutely gorgeous! Even though there was some rain, we still got to enjoy our plunge pool since it had a roof and walls surrounding it, which also made it very private. The breakfast had an amazing variety and was so delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Loved this resort and will definitely be back!!"
