「My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc.」

It's a shame that they charge extra for the infrared sauna when you are paying almost $400 for a room. Other than that, it was a great trip.

「Great hotel! Very clean and spacious with a well-working AC and lots of choice at breakfast. Bed was comfortable and nice desk and sofa chair. I needed the ironing board and iron and so appreciated that addition. Our room fronted a busy road, but with the AC and fan blowing, traffic didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again.
One thing to note is there is no elevator, so guests with mobility issues should request the ground floor.」
