This is a beautiful and spacious building, and appears to be well built. It was very quiet and safe with easy free parking and good rates. It's clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and we appreciate free coffee available starting at 4 am, (but we didn't have time to try the cafe). This building needs maintenance and renovation. Plumbing first, then easy things like grout and paint. We would stay here again.

Bath and bed linens had faded stains on them but they smelled clean and felt good. Mattress was very comfortable and it was extremely quiet in the room, halls and lobby. I suspect someone had been smoking in the elevator. Overall I'll stay there again.

The Casino was very disappointing because there were NO 25cent machines, and only 10–$1 machines. The machines were 95% Penny. And No kind of breakfast!!!

The hotel room was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner filter needed cleaning and cycled on and off all night long, keeping us awake. The hotel is a beautiful place with an interior atrium and running water that creates a relaxing sound. It’s location is convenient.

Staff was courteous. Bed was comfortable. Towels were skimpy. Free coffee, nothing else. The air conditioning was awful, noisy, had to run it nonstop. The bathroom was gross, old fixtures that worked hard and the finish on the toilet seat was worn off. The place wasn’t totally disgusting but I would not stay there again.

Lots of parking and area was safe. Didn’t use the casino as this was just a quick stop on our journey. Room was comfortable and clean and hotel was quiet. There were no breakfast options, only coffee and tea. Price was very inexpensive and we would definitely stay here again

The hotel is my go-to for visiting up north in New Mexico. It's super clean, the rooms have what you need. No freezers but they have working ice machines. Bring a gallon zip lock bag if you need ice. The room heating and cooling works well. No swimming pool. There's a hiking path out back from the parking lot that borders the desert. Right next door to the south is El Parasol restaurant with wide hours which is good because the food at the hotel/casino have limited hours. The red chile sauce at El Parasol is to die for. The hotel is a good midway point for trips to Santa Fe, Española and Los Alamos. Super value.
