"This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf...

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"The property was perfect for our needs. I gave it four stars for some minor reasons. 1). The upstairs 1/2 bath toilet was basically for #1’s only. There was a sign stating it clogs easily, so no #2’s. 2). Hot water was HOT(once it came in), but it took approximately 5-6 mins before the hot water would flow to the showers. Thought maybe because it had been vacant for awhile. But it was normal for every 1st shower. 3). The coffee machine brewed brown hot water instead of coffee. Luckily the...

"The hotel and room were perfect. Staff extremely helpful except, we had a major malfunction with our hair dryer which started smoking. We called three times for another one BEFORE we needed to leave the room since our hair was soaking wet. The hair dryer was not provided until after we left. We called at least an hour before we were leaving. The room had 2 double beds but only drinking glasses for one person until we asked for another. We appreciated that there were 4 kpods for coffee each morning. Our room was not cleaned by the time we returned one evening but we were able to touch base with cleaning staff in the hall to replenish needed items."
