「Better than we expected in all categories」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The dining area had roaches crawling around, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. The pool was ice cold with no heat working at all, making it unusable. The room itself was in terrible condition — broken drawers, ripped curtains, and it looked poorly maintained overall. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke even though the hotel advertises itself as non-smoking. To make matters worse, the so-called “free breakfast” was basically...

「Everything was great even though we only stayed for one night. Staff was very pleasant and the renovations were very nice. Highly recommend.」

「Outstanding customer service, efficient team for check-in and very helpful when we had questions. We appreciated the laundry and how easy it was to pay for online. The room and bathroom was very well attended. One suggestion , bathtubs need a mat of some kind. Ours was a bit slippery for 2 old (70+) people. Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel and compliment the staff.」

「Beautifully decorated period mansion. Inn is conveniently located to historic downtown area & restaurants with easy access to hwy exit and historic sites. Hosts were extremely kind and attentive and provided a delicious full breakfast with multiple options and full amenities.」

「Room was ok. Kind of what I expected for what I paid. Toilet was constantly running because it had a leak in the tank. Shower did not drain well enough during a shower. It would start to fill the tub even though the drain was open. The bedding and pillows were cheap. It was what I expected for what I paid. Not great and not terrible. Great location.」
