"Stayed on 21st floor. No info for room service (food), considering its was a conceirge service room. Room had not been dusted in awhile. Cleaning lady vacumed neighboring room 8am on on a Sunday morning. Security garage gate remained open for at least 12 hours during an event at hotel, which anyone could have entered. Other than that....it served its purpose. Not aware of amenities. Didnt spend much time on property."

"This place is the filthiest hotel i have ever been. The head board had stains on it. Chair was old bathroom looks hideous carpet stinks. It was a horrible experience. I checked out right away went to aloft"

"If I could give it no stars I would. The only thing good I could say about the hotel is got to stay is over. The staff wasn't bad I feel sorry for them for having to be in those conditions as well. Pulling up to the hotel I thought it was abandoned, there were no lights in the parking lot, and it looked haunted. The room looked like it could have been in American horror stories, beyond creepy, stains everywhere, maybe two and a half channels worked on the TV, honestly I was scared to sleep on the mattress. Although the sheets were clean, I still sup with my clothes on including my jacket. They had the nerve to charge a $40 deposit for incidentals and or damages. I don't know how they will be able to tell if they were damages because it already looked damaged to begin with. They considered as late checking out so they kept our deposit, but hey I guess they have to get their money somehow."

"The fridge was on the floor so it was hard to open the door. Water was scorching hot in the shower and you couldn’t control it. "

"The place is clean and tidy. A bit dated , but they were making repairs and revamping the place when I was leaving . Overall great place to stay. If you have rent a car or have a car is best option as the shops are a bit far away from the property. Staff team amazing ! "
