"Good afternoon. When I arrived at your property on Friday night, your systems were down and the front desk clerk required all guests to pay in cash. I left, went to the ATM to get enough cash for the stay as well as the required $100 deposit. The next day, I noticed that my credit card was charged for the visit. I spoke to the front desk clerk about this and he said, “my credit card would be refunded in 3-5 business days.” I shared with him that this was unacceptable! Please refund the cash since you charged the card. He told me, “he wasn’t going to do it!” I told him that he needs to fix it. Reluctantly, on Sunday he gave me the cash refund. Also, he showed no accountability and gave no apology for this. He kept blaming his colleague for the mistake. After, checking out this morning, I noticed that my card was charged again for the same stay. Essentially, I was charged three times. Lastly, the young lady at front desk is constantly on her phone. She does not look up to acknowledge you. I stood there twice for a good 60 seconds while she was on her phone and she did not look up until I said, hello. "
