I've at better stays at other Hilton properties. Besides finding balls of hair in a blanket and on the floor, the room was clean. Did not love that when we requested extra blankets and towels that we had to go down to the lobby to get them, but it was fine to get our steps in. Breakfast was amazing tho. This is a wonderful centrally located hotel that includes a fresh and good full buffet breakfast. The chef/kitchen manager (not sure of his title) Javier, is such a kind and helpful person. He was genuinely interested in whether we liked our food and even made recommendations. We have srayed here numerous times and he remembers us and greets us. This hotel is near Houston Memorial Mall and well known restaurants. Pets are allowed. And the rooms are pretty big with kitchenettes and sleeper sofas. Totally recommend this place. Great for families due to the safe area and amenities around it.

This hotel is beyond excellent. Clean, comfortable, stylish. I loved this place. The only negative thing: The breakfast was awesome BUT no pancakes or waffles. Beyond that, the hotel was a great value for such a clean, spacious hotel
