「This is a quaint place to stay after a day of exploring the Black Hills. The room was clean and inviting. And with the common room, my friends, who love hot tea in the morning, could drink, sit on the sofa and anticipate the day’s adventures. We were given a discount at dinner at Shipwrecks, which is on the property. The next morning we were able to select from a variety of breakfast foods. 「4人家族・マイカーでの旅行で使用しました。 デッドウッドよりもう少し奥に入ったところにある、かわいらしい町の中にあります。ホテル自体は歴史がある古いホテルで、各部屋それぞれ少しずつ違っていてとてもおしゃれでした。エアコンも年代物らしく、ちょっと音が気になる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。朝食はかなり質素ですが私たちには十分でした。」

「This historic house is beautifully maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. We had the attic room which is extra large and has an amazing spa shower. The proprietors took great care to prepare a wonderful breakfast each morning. Loved our stay at 1899!」
