"The staff were amazing. Very helpful and understanding. We stayed in Rapid for an unfortunate situation with family. The hotel is more of a motel with outside entryway doors. The beds and room were clean. Not super comfortable but the cleanliness made up for it. Bathrooms were small but clean. Breakfast was also great. "
