"The staff was kind. Teh hotel has seen better days. It looks worn out. The style is super old, the waterfall is a dated feature that was being repaired when it should be eliminated. The area was not great for eating or getting gas. Overall I would not stay there again. "

"You need new owners in there. It needs a lot of work. The elevators didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. They told me to come back in a half an hour, and it still wasn’t ready. Sheets were ripped pillowcases had spots floors were not vacuumed. coffee machine was shut off at 10 AM horrible"

"Room was clean and spacious. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we were warm overnight. The hot tubs were severely below an appropriate water level making that less enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. "

"The home was tasteflly curated to create a peaceful environment for the whole family to enjoy. The linens and furnjngs were elevated in design and offering, adding to a cohesive and lovely look for guests to enjoy. This property was close enough to many activites that travellers could stay in one place and take day trip around the West side of the state with great ease. Our hosts were attentive to our needs and flexible to extra requests. We had no issues with the propery nor the experience. We will love to return with our family should we ever return to Rapid City."

"Bugs in the middle of January. Most of them dead. Varieties include flys, box elder bugs, and stink bugs. I had to kill at least one stink bug every day we were there. Absolutely disgusting the amount of bugs that were there when we 1st arrived. I messaged the host, but we never received a response to resolve the issue. I've included pictures for your own review."

"Great place to stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good location when going to Mt. Rushmore, Devils' Tower and the surrounding area."
