「The property is really run down and in need of updating. The staff tried to overcome the obstacles they are stuck with in regards to the hotel condition. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get in. The key card lock on our door would not work and we had to have the front desk let us in 3 separate times. The show was never hot and was luke warm at best, the fsucet on the sink did not have cold water...

「Terrible experience all around. Staff is very unfriendly and wouldn't issue a refund despite doing everything to said to do. The beds are absolutely terrible and when I mean terrible I mean rock hard. There is trash everywhere outside the building, very unpleasant looking. Breakfast is limited and the biscuits weren't done. 」

「The staff was extremely accommodating. I learned Deadwood is not a very handicap accessible place but the hotel was except for the casino across the street. I would have to go outdoors to go to the next levels of the casino which to be fair. This is a historic town so I get that they don't want to alter it very much and the parking was across the street and you had to go around the parking lot and they don't like to shovel the sidewalks and Deadwood sidewalks are very icy which does happen in...
