「The hotel was Not even the problem. Expedia was the worst. Its Sturgis time and it’s already very busy in this area. We booked rooms for our drive back home and we got here at 8:15pm and walked into a lobby with 3 other groups trying to check in through expedia reservations and not one reservation was in the susatem. I felt terrible for the desk staff. She was taking calls from expedia, dealing with customers, and still trying to remain calm. I was put on hold for 10 minutes so the expedia agent...
