"The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"

"Average hotel, as they call themselves 4 star. On my arrival they did not find my booking. Finally they found something and they kept asking me for the payment receipt to Expedia. They told me that Expedia has not paid them, so they need to see some proof. After 4 hours of back and forth they finally gave me the room. It was quite frustrating. Never in my 30 years of travelling any hotel asked me the receipt of payment. It was quite disappointing on the service and attitudes in this Holy city of...
