「This place will always be near and dear to my heart. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so cozy and loving I did not want to leave. It was a pleasure to meet Miss Jean Dailey and I hope to come back some time soon. Plus, the house is surrounded by some VERY delicious options for food. If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home getaway, that actually isn’t in the middle of nowhere, I highly recommend! 」

「Quiet neighborhood. Nice 120 year old home. Very pleasant and responsive host. Parking directly across the street. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Even brought home a couple of freshly picked Japanese Persimmon fruit. Would stay again.」

「We stayed the week before Christmas in a lovely room with fireplace. The house exuded holiday charm and history. Breakfast is beautifully presented and excellent. Our bed was comfortable. We had chairs to relax by the fire. While the bathroom was tiny, it was functional with enough space to put toiletries plus multiple hooks and towel bars. 「This in is gorgeously decorated with early 1900 pieces and old world charm. They have an area that doubles as a wedding and event property so the outdoor sitting areas have that same early century feeling. The rooms have more character than the cut and pace, sterile environment, hotels, and motels out there. And the staff was very helpful and gracious.」

「Five couples(family) celebrating a nephews wedding at Spinning Leaf Winery. A lovely home on beautiful property. We did a lot of grinch porch sitting. Kitchen and baths were well stocked; appreciated the cold drinks and snacks upon arrival. Beds and linens were so comfortable. We took advantage of the disc golf course; so much fun. Enjoyed our outings to downtown Shelby. Thank you thank you for sharing your home. 」
