「Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, in a quiet location. Very close to the River walk. Parking was onsite right outside the front door. We only stayed one night, but it is set up for longer stays with a very adequate kitchen and laundry. If ever needing to stay in Reno, we would definitely seek out again. 」

「My husband and I stayed here for his 60th bday. We enjoyed our two night stay. It a pretty place and the hot springs/tubs were an added benefit. Be careful though and test the temperature of the water before rushing in, as one of the pools was scalding hot. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. 」

「It was very clean and spacious. All of the required amenities. I really like that she left a fresh sponge for dishes, that was nice. The only improvement opportunity I can think of is sending some of the check in information sooner in the day. I understand not wanting people to check in before the check in time, but items like what is approved parking would be helpful in advance. 」

"We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away."

"ホテル内で開催された講演会に参加のため５泊利用。空港との間を往復する無料シャトルバスは15〜30分間隔で運行されており便利。別館(北棟)に宿泊したが、フロントから館内徒歩移動で数分であり不便は感じない。部屋は広く、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、無料の無線LANが備わる。電子レンジが有る部屋と無い部屋があるようだ。カジノ併設のホテルであり、館内の飲食店は充実。持ち帰りメニューを事前にWEB注文できるのは良い。だだし値段は高め。徒歩圏内にセブンイレブンとアジア食材店があり、飲料はそちらで調達した。自動車博物館などがある市街地の方面へはホテル駐車場前のバス停から路線バス「バージニアライン」で片道２ドル。"
