The room was perfectly spacious and the place was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to mall, to downtown, Ikea and Costco. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it comes to your need as a guest. John, Alex, Romana, Aira and the breakfast team made our stay worthwhile by making sure we were comfortable and safe. The breakfast was great and satisfying.

Stayed here with two young kids and the room was a good size! Amenities were great. Staff were friendly and the location was perfect. The kitchen had a pan and a large pot (but no cover unfortunately).

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Saga Reykjavik. We felt welcome from the time we checked in until our departure. The daily breakfast was also a fantastic start to our day. The room was very comfortable and bathroom amazing. Our only suggestion and very minor detail would be to allow guests to turn the temperature down further than the air conditioning allowed to a preferred comfort level as we found the room quite warm at night even with the window slightly open being cold outside.
