"There was a lot that was in disrepair. The ice maker in the hall, shower rod and curtain in the room, ice build-up in the refrigerator, mold above the showerhead in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling by the tub, drywall crumbling by the tub. Bathrooms by the lobby closed for repair."

I was charged for 2 days $16 when I arrived at 4:30pm and left the next morning at 9:30. Should have been free or only $8 for one day. Contracted to 2nd party so reception desk can’t help. "
