「My stay was great! Convenient for day trips. The room was very clean. The kitchen and snack shack are a great addition. I would stay here again. There was no traffic noise in the room.」

「Hotel is on Allen Street which is a short cut/dragway for locals...very noisy street all night long! The other side of the hotel faces the parking lot/smoking area which can be very unpleasant if you have any reactions to cigarette smoke. TV package only carried one local network out of Burlington so up to date weather reports were unavailable during a statewide flood and tornado watch while we were there. Hotel personnel were great and breakfast was great...just a noisy smoky place.」

「The location is amazing. Beautiful outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, fireplace) but the views of the green mountains are what is most beautiful about this place. The hotel is being renovated and we stayed at one of the upgrades rooms and it was wonderful. Everything was spotless. 「It was a bad weekend at this place we had a room with the very very crazy floor that went up and down (not level). We had NO WATER Saturday morning NO WATER SATURDAY nite, we couldn't wash in the morning or evening and again Sunday morning for a while! I don't think we would stay there again with those problems!!」

「The Reluctant Panther was a cut above the other inns that I have stayed at. On check in, we were walked to our room and shown where everything was. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a nice seating area in front of a fireplace. We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly excellent meal and excellent service. Breakfast is served in a basket that can be picked up in the dining room or delivered to your room. All in all, our stay was exceptional. 」
