"This was our 3-4 time staying here. The people are all great, cleanliness is on point, rooms are amazing (Sub Zero refrigerators). The restaurant has great food, we often just eat there despite the array of Vegas option because everything is just good. No casino, the place is nice and quiet, yet still lively. This is our place when we go to Vegas!"

"elevators were not operating at full capacity and had to wait minimum of 10 minutes every time we needed to use them. sometimes more which we then use the stairs that led to the outside of the hotel"

"I experienced plumbing conditions with the bathroom sick as I was brushing my teeth. Unpleasant!"

"It was a great hotel to stay at. Went for a concert and it was a perfect distance from food and the stadium. The only pretty annoying thing was that there were only 2 working elevators. We had to wait for over an hour just to get on. We were almost an hour late to check out because of it. Other than that, it was an overall great experience."

"It was clean and comfortable. It was disturbing to look out our window to the alley below and see an encampment of homeless people high on drugs. "
